What a class horse with a lot of charisma is this Rankveld. He moves very well and combines an exemplary technique with a lot of overview on the jump.
His sire Kensington ES seems to have clearly inherited his good qualities. This Cornet Obolensky son out of a For Pleasure dam has a beautiful model and jumps with exemplary technique. Under Caroline Müller he also is successful at 1.50m level.
Rankveld's dam descends from Lux Z. His granddam is by Calvados and, in addition to Rankveld's dam, gave the 1.45m jumping Gouverneur (by Glasgow van 't Merelsnest) and the 1.40m horses Jonker 12 (by Jodokus) and Erfdame (by Jodokus).
Furthermore, this dam line produced the 1.60m horse Sarlino (by Carlino), the 1.50m horses Isis (by Bodubai) and Dulf (by Ol Metta) and the 1.45m horses Vienna (by Lux Z), Cardenta (by Cardento) and Ibiza (by Azteca VDL) who is also NRPS approved.
